Emily Beck

Fitness Coach and Bodybuilder

Hi everyone, my name is Emily and I have been involved in the fitness industry for over three years as a lifestyle client, a bodybuilding competitor in both the fitness and figure divisions, a personal trainer, and a coach.

I was a competitive gymnast for ten years prior to receiving my BA from the University of San Diego in Ethnic Studies and Sociology. I am extremely passionate about creating not just physical results, but building a mindset of discipline and determination that allows health to be sustainable long term.

I have personally competed in 3 bodybuilding shows, winning first place at 2 of them and experiencing an injury at the other. I had back surgery last year and have been away from the stage for over a year, but am so excited to get back as I am currently prepping for the Phil Heath Classic in April.
